What these checks tell you
Checks run from AWS US East every minute. API health, dashboard reachability, identity key discovery, and an actual watermark embed-and-detect round trip are monitored separately. They do not exercise checkout or every authenticated customer request.
Availability is the share of successful recorded checks. Missing history stays empty. If the monitor stops reporting for three minutes, current health is shown as unknown.
